In the unlikely and unfortunate event that you are not happy with your items, we’ll do our very best to make it right. Simply get in touch if this is the case.
We are not able to cancel any orders after being placed, as we pride ourselves on quick printing, packing and dispatch.
It is vitally important that when you place your order, you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation and grammar are correct, as we do not alter item personalisation.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP via email; firstname.lastname@example.org and providing the item has not already been sent to print we can look to make the required alterations.
If you’re unhappy with your item and where you believe the fault lies with us please notify us via email: email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.
