1. When will my order be dispatched?
We will ask you when you want your order sent. The dispatch date is the day we post your order, and NOT the day it should arrive. If you order cards which are to be sent back to you, we will also include a blank envelope for you to use.

2. How will my order be delivered?
Cards, A2 and A1 sized Wrapping Paper have the option of 1st class post or our trackable deliveries.
Rolls of Wrapping Paper and all Banners are sent by tracked 24 or 48 hour courier due to their size and weight.
All printed products sent by Royal Mail First Class mail - we expect 90% of all orders to arrive the next working day, however, it may take up to 3 working days to arrive, particularly during peak periods. Royal Mail first class isn’t trackable. If you require a quicker delivery service, you should use our 24 or 48 Hour Tracked Delivery option (see below).
Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are sent out the same day (except Bank Hols).
Items sent 24 or 48 Hour Tracked Delivery require a signature*. To avoid having to collect the package from the depot, or it being redelivered at a later date, please ensure that there is someone available to sign at the delivery address, or have it delivered to a work address.
It is recommended that you allow as much time as possible for your order to be delivered and where possible you should include a Postcode or Zip.
Christmas Period Despatch Cut Off Information
Orders placed after 2pm on Friday 17th December will be dispatched by Monday 17th January 2022.
Dom & Geri HQ are taking some well deserved rest and family time over the festive period. The website will remain open but please bear in mind when ordering that after 2pm on the 17th December, orders will not then be despatched until 17th January 2022. If you have any queries, emails and our social media will be responded to periodically throughout this time. Corona Virus Latest Information on delivery and service
Due to the recent Corona Virus outbreak and in accordance to Government rules, there have been delays with Royal Mail deliveries. We are sending all our orders on time but due to increased demand for Royal Mail services, we are asking you to allow a little delay for your products to arrive with you. Please bear this in mind when ordering. If needing quickly, we advise you choose 24 or 48 Hour Tracked Delivery. We are in constant contact with our courier service and Royal Mail in order to maintain our ability to make deliveries. We are told that they are constantly monitoring and reviewing resource and procedures to still deliver the best service for you and protect the health of their workers and customers.

*Contactless deliveries for tracked parcels: A signature is required as proof of delivery, but due to the current pandemic instead of a signature, delivery drivers will take a photo of the parcel in your doorway to prove the parcel was handed over.

3. 24 Hour Tracked Delivery
If you require a guaranteed next working day delivery on an item within the UK, you can select this option.
This guarantees delivery Tuesday - Friday the next business day if ordered before 2pm. Items dispatched on a Friday are not guaranteed to be delivered until the following Monday unless Saturday Delivery is selected.

4. What are the Delivery Charges?
Costs are based on quantities, packaging, and final destination and will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage. 24 and 48 Hour Tracked Delivery is only available for items with a UK destination, and costs will be calculated and displayed at the checkout stage.
5. International Delivery
We are now offering Tracked Courier deliveries for orders outside of the UK. Prices are displayed upon checkout.
